SWCA Environmental Consultants is an employee-owned company of cultural and natural resource scientists and planners specializing in environmental and heritage resource permitting, compliance, and management. We provide expertise in navigating federal regulations such as the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA) to support sound decision-making in controversial settings.
Over more than three decades, we have developed strong relationships with several federal and state agencies including the Bureau of Land Management; Bureau of Reclamation; U.S. Army Corps of Engineers; State Historic Preservation Offices; U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service; U.S. Forest Service; and numerous other state, county, and municipal entities. With 27 offices throughout the U.S. and its territories, we can quickly mobilize staff to address project needs.
